Welcome

Verse for 2024,
I know your deeds. See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut. I know that you have little strength, yet you have kept my word and have not denied my name. Revelation 3:8 (NIV®)

Who we are and what we do...

We are a CHURCH. According to the Bible that does not mean a building, nor a denomination, but a group of Christians meeting together in a particular place. Our church is made up of ordinary people from all kinds of backgrounds yet with one thing in common - our lives have been changed by the Christian gospel. The word 'gospel' is a Bible word that simply means 'good news'.

At the heart of all our church activities is the teaching of the Bible, the Word of God. We aim to present the teaching of the Bible in a clear and contemporary manner. It is our conviction that when God's Word is explained, God's voice is heard.

We meet together as a local congregation of God’s people each Sunday at 10.30 am and 6 pm. The meetings are fairly simple, we sing hymns and songs, have a time of prayer and read the Bible. A major part of our worship is to listen to God’s word explained through the study of part of the Bible led by one our leadership team or a visiting speaker.
It is usually a good idea to arrive a little bit earlier in order to find a good seat and get settled. There is no dress code to worry about, simply dress comfortably. After the meeting there is usually an opportunity to chat informally.
